Health benefits of mango

1. Cancer prevention: Research shows that mango antioxidant compounds prevent colon, breast, blood and prostate cancers. These compounds include quercetin, isocercetin, estragalin, fistin, gallic acid and methyl gallate, as well as various enzymes.
